Lehi Round-Up...
We went down to celebrate Round-Up days in Lehi this weekend. We made it to the pancake breakfast on Saturday morning. My sis Rachel was in charge of the 5k run so we had her kids with us at the park. We walked around the park and got to see all the baby animals. 
Laynie was SUPER excited to see the turtle!
After breakfast we went to the parade. The girls loved all the candy and the music.
The highlight of the parade was seeing Cosmo. Sophie was so excited to meet him but Laynie was sooo scared. I have never seen her get so upset and scared before. Bodi and I couldn't stop laughing at her. (we are mean!)

Pomp and Circumstance...
Tonight was our big preschool graduation. We had a little program where the kids got to show their families what they did at school. They performed some of their favorite songs and poems.
The kids did a great job!
I had such a great time this year teaching these fun kids! I am so thankful for my Mom and all of the hard work she put in while I was young in developing a great curriculum. It saved us this year!

I am a little sad that Sophie is going somewhere else for school next year. Only one more year until kindergarten...sniff sniff!

8 years down...
Bodi and I have made it to our 8 year anniversary. My how time flies when you are having fun!

Cinco de Mayo...
We had preschool at our house this week and had a super fun time celebrating Cinco de Mayo. We made pinatas out of cereal boxes and lots of glue.
We made tacos!
My Step dad brought over a bunch of fun clothes from Mexico and his sombrero.We learned the Mexican Hat Dance. The kids loved it!
On Cinco de Mayo we had some friends over for a fiesta. We had tacos and broke open our pinatas. I was surprised at how well the cereal box pinatas held up. The kids loved all the candy!
